Who are We?

About the Owner

Kevin M. Sheridan is the owner of GTF Home Solutions. Kevin is a full-time real estate investor, investing in single family and small multi-family properties in and around Cleveland,  Ohio.

Since 1998 Kevin has bought and sold numerous investment properties. In addition to banks, Kevin uses Private Lenders to fund his real estate purchases. By doing this, he has created his own private bank with the funds needed to locate quality properties and close quickly. Kevin looks for the “Win-Win” situation, where the seller, the lender, and the eventual homeowner can all “Win”. He is not a Realtor, but a Private Real Estate Investor.

Kevin Is the founder of The GTF Masterminds group where he is able to show new and seasoned real estate investors how to find prime real estate deals and private lenders for their own real estate business.

In addition, Kevin:

Has over 20 years in the construction industry

He holds an Ohio Journeyman Plumbing License 

He is a member of Plumbers Local 55 for 20 years
